Middle Cove

Middle Cove is a very popular destination. In early summer hundreds of area residents flock to the beach for the caplin. They scoop the caplin up in nets or whatever is available, as the caplin "roll in". At other times there are icebergs, pottery sales, big waves or just a great place for a picnic.
